
"Jamo" was born in Concord, Mass and moved to the Bull City at an early age. After earning his B.S. in Marketing at UNC Greensboro, he continued his education obtaining an M.A from Southeastern Seminary. Jamo has been investing into the lives of kids and families at Grey Stone Church since 2015. Jamison and his wife Emily have three wonderful kids (Ellie, Emerson, & Jayce). Jamison enjoys the outdoors, sports, fellowship, and considers himself a realistic NC State fan.

Robert was born in Covington Kentucky. He graduated from Charleston Southern University and Southeastern Seminary with a MDiv in Church Music and Education. Robert has served at churches in Georgia and South Carolina. He came to Grey Stone in 1995 and things have never been the same! He has a love for golf that is rivaled only by his love for his family and Bojangles. Robert also loves to play music in his office loud enough for the pictures to rattle on the walls throughout the church. Robert is married to Diane, and they have two children, Caleb & Callie.

Kyle was born and raised in Durham, NC but moved back to Durham after many years of living in Wilmington and High Point, NC. He graduated from UNC Wilmington with a degree in Marketing. He served in youth ministry at Wrightsville Beach, and First Impressions while in High Point. Kyle has also coached high school basketball in Wilmington and Raleigh. He is married to his wonderful wife, Dr. Hope Caddell, and they have a beautiful daughter named Aspyn. He loves Duke Basketball, the outdoors, and shoes.

Pam was born and raised in Durham. She joined the Legacy staff in 2014 and now serves as Associate Director. After receiving a BS in Elementary Education with a Minor in Music from Campbell University, she taught in a Christian school and served in the worship ministry at her home church for many years. She has two sons, Jonathan (with daughter-in-love, Sydnei) and Jayson. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors - working in the yard or walking in the woods, and watching Hallmark movies.

ZJ grew up with a love for music and ministry that led him to serve as a pastor, worship leader, and church planter for over a decade before joining Grey Stone as Pastor of Modern Worship & Media. He has spent his life helping people and communities grow in their faith through authentic worship and discipleship. ZJ and his wife, Amanda, have been married since 2007 and have two boys, River and Forrest. The Cunningham clan loves spending time outdoors hiking, biking, gardening, playing soccer, and enjoying great food wherever they go.

Randall has served as Pastor for Education and Evangelism since 2005. His range of ministry includes equipping our Bible Study/Discipleship & Life Groups, SoulCare Ministry, and launching the Grey Stone Mission efforts with partners all over the world. He received training at FSU; with Graduate studies at Southern Seminary and New Orleans Seminary; along with Doctoral studies at Trinity Seminary. Randall is married to Shannon, a National Board Certified School Teacher. They have two sons, Nick & Connor. He enjoys writing, history, movies, travel, and spending time with his family. You can also usually catch him discovering new restaurants every week. His favorite verse is Luke 10:27

Jerry was born in Mullens, West Virginia. He graduated from West Virginia University and attended the Duke-Fuqua School of Business. He has served at Grey Stone since January of 1995. Before coming to Grey Stone, Jerry worked in the business sector and taught at a private business college. Jerry and his wife Frances have two children, Neil and Christa.

Kathy was born in Rockford, Illinois but grew up and lived in Southern California for most of her life. Kathy graduated from Rockbridge Seminary in 2018 with a diploma in Ministry Studies. She has 3 children, 4 granddaughters, and 1 great granddaughter. In 2022 she moved here to Durham along with her youngest daughter, Son-in Love, and granddaughter. Kathy enjoys reading mysteries, the mountains & oceans, quiet time with the lord, and family.

Niki Norwood was born and raised in Stem, North Carolina. She is currently pursuing her Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood at Mount Olive and her level 3 Admin Credentials. She has been in Early childhood for 10 years. Niki is married to Michael and has a daughter Keely and son Michael. Niki's hobbies are camping, fishing, hunting, going to the beach as well as spending time with family and friends.

Alan and has lived in Durham almost all his life. Since graduation he has served as an accountant to many Durham businesses. He is very active at Temple Baptist Church and serves on several committees at the Yates Baptist Association. In addition he works many sports at Duke including the shot clock for men’s Basketball and the official book for woman’s Basketball. He also is treasurer for the fellowship dart ball league and his HOA, and runs the pitch clock for the Durham Bulls. He and his wonderful wife Beverly have 5 children and 6 grandchildren. Alan is happy to have the chance to serve the Lord with his God given gifts here at Grey Stone.

Clay was born in Morganton, North Carolina. Though he lived for short periods of time in Tennessee and South Carolina, he grew up in Forest City, North Carolina. Clay became a Christian after his first year in college. Shortly after receiving Christ, he answered God’s call to the ministry. Clay has a B.A. from Gardner-Webb University, a Master’s of Divinity with Biblical Languages, and a Doctorate of Ministry from Southeastern Seminary. Clay is married to Caryn, and they have two sons, Graham and Lawson. He is the author of "The Ripple Effect: The 7 Most Important Decisions of Each Day".

Amanda was born and raised in Mocksville, NC. She moved to Durham in 2018 after graduating from Pensacola Christian College with a BS in Elementary Education. She taught at a Christian school in Durham for several years. Amanda is married to Tyler Whitt, and they became parents in 2025 to a little girl named Presley. Amanda enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading books, and watching Duke football and basketball.
